Realizzato con riduzione a vite senza fine. Dotato di microinterruttore elettromagnetico sul pressore della bocca della grattugia. Bocca ingresso carne Ø 56 mm - In dotazione sistema enterprice con piastra inox (fori  Ø  6 mm.) e coltello inox autoaffilante.
